To complete a booking we ask for a debit or credit card number with expiry date and the 3 digit security number. (The request for your 3 digit security number is part of the pre-authorization process required by our credit card payment facility; all card information is held in a safe and secure environment and credit card details are appropriately disposed of on your departure.
Please note that no money will be taken from your card prior to your arrival) We do, however, ask for 48 hours cancellation notice, unless you have made a block booking of all our rooms, should you wish to cancel. In the event of a ‘no show’ or late cancellation then the first night’s accommodation cost will be taken from your card.
