Tarrif
Deposits & CancellationAll bookings must be secured with a £25 deposit. When we have confirmed your booking, it means that all other enquiries, for the night(s) you have booked, will be turned away. In return we ask for a full 72 hours cancellation notice from your expected time of arrival, in which case, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel after this time, we will try and let the room again. If we are successful then we will refund the deposit, otherwise the cost of the first nights accommodation will be due. In the case of a 'No Show', we will deduct the cost of the first nights accommodation from your card and cancel the rest of the booking. Arrival & Departure TimesWe prefer our guests to arrive between 4pm and 8pm, although alternative times are available by negotiation. Guests should aim to leave by 10.00am on their day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Children & PetsChildren are welcome but we do not have any Family Rooms available. Yes, we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Payment MethodsWe can accept payments by card, cash or cheque on your day of departure.
